The October launch

Sorry
we’re late.

Machines have promised to do the work
for seventy years. On October 5, one shows up.

The idea

Sorry we’re late.
Clocked in.

Seventy years of machines promised to help, then handed the work right back. Evos is the one that does the job. So we open by saying sorry for all of them. Promises are cheap. An apology costs something, so people believe it. Then Evos clocks in at 2:14 AM.

The scope

Three films.

Built so customers forward it and tech press can pick it up without a decoder ring. Each one comes with a :45 and a :15.

DispatchTuesday, 2:14 AM. A carrier goes dark at pickup. By the time the dispatcher looks, Evos already moved the load. The people who run the trucks are the face of it.

Warehouse6:40 AM, receiving. A pallet comes in short. Evos flags it, fixes the count, and tells the supplier before the shift starts. Ends on “Clocked in.”
The process

Six steps
from yes to live.

The feeling: plain, fast, a little defiant. Closer to Base44’s “Can’t is Dead” than a software demo.

A manifesto, then
product films.

Cue, for Fountain. A manifesto for frontline workers. Plain words, one voice.

Athena. An AI brand film with no one on camera.

Mem. A product film for an AI notes app.

Triggered Agents, for Adaptive. One feature, sixty seconds.

How it compounds

Month six is worth
more than month one.

A launch is one good day.
A season keeps paying you back.

  1. Same ending, so people clock it faster every time.
  2. A growing library your AEs can send before a call.
  3. A growing archive people link to.
  4. Cheaper every film. We build it once.
  5. A monthly report. The numbers pick the next job.
Two ways to start

$28,000 for October.
$75,000 for the season.

At around $1M ARR, October is about 10 days
of revenue. The season, about four weeks.

Before Monday: one decision

October ($28K) or the season ($75K).

At kickoff, Monday Sep 28
  • Thirty minutes with you
  • Product access and brand files
  • Notes back within a day

We’ll settle these together at kickoff: is “Sorry we’re late” the line, were any discovery calls recorded, and who gives the final yes.

Kickoff Monday.
Live October 5.

Same plan we talked through: brand on October 5, then dispatch and warehouse before the month’s out. Reply “October” ($28K) or “the season” ($75K) to lock it. Kickoff is Monday, September 28 at the latest.
